Risk Executive Briefing Report
The Risk Executive Briefing Report consolidates information and results that have been generated from risk exposure and risk driver analysis and presents them in a descriptive briefing without the need for manual interpretation of the data.
You use selection sets to specify the activities that you want included in the report.
The report begins with a workbook summary that displays the settings that you have chosen. It then displays the activity and/or event charts (depending on your selection) for each activity selected. The report ends with a summary of the project.
Using the Template and Customizing the Report
You can choose whether to use the built-in Risk Executive Briefing Template or one of your own templates. You make this choice on the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box (Templates). The RiskExecutiveBriefingTemplate.xml file is located in the
folder. It is a hard-coded report which means that you cannot add or edit elements, or move a variable to a different element; however, you can make changes to the "regular text."In addition, you can remove any of the fields in parenthesis in which case they will not display in the report.
- <MultipleProjectIntroduction>The {NumberOfProjects} projects in the workbook represent</MultipleProjectIntroduction>
You cannot delete the entire line; however, you can delete {NumberOfProjects} and you can delete or edit The and projects in the workbook represent.
